VR Games & Meta Platform Data

Our game software may transiently handle your user id or username from the Meta platform APIs for the following purposes:

• Providing multiplayer connectivity i.e. through 3rd party Photon multiplayer networking.
• To fulfil or verify any In App Purchases you may have made.
• To persist your game progress (Cloud save) - You can request manual deletion of your cloud save data at any time by emailing [email protected] but we may also delete your data automatically where players have not logged in for more than 180 days.

Information we fetch from the Meta platform API
To provide core game functionality, we utilize the USER_ID, USER_PROFILE, and IAP (In-App Purchase) permissions via the Meta platform APIs.

Why we fetch this information

• Entitlement check to verify you are permitted to run the game.
• USER_ID, USER_PROFILE: Used to retrieve your Meta username for facilitating multiplayer matchmaking and displaying your identity on in-game leaderboards and to authenticate with the cloud save service.
• IAP: Used to fulfill, verify, and restore any In-App Purchases you have made within the game.

Information we store

• We do not store your Meta username. It is passed transiently to the Photon multiplayer service to set your "nick name" in peer-to-peer rooms and authenticate with the cloud save service.
• Cloud Save Data: We store de-identified gameplay statistics including game credit balance, experience points, number of kills, deaths, match wins, and number of matches played.
• Data Retention: This save data is stored to persist progress across reinstalls. It can be deleted upon request or automatically after 180 days of inactivity.

Our games are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
